We accept cash, check, credit cards, and ACH deposits. Our accounting department will work with you on a method of payment that works best for you via our online client portal.
Yes, we are fully licensed, bonded, and insured in accordance with the Contractor State License Board. We also have all of our workers compensation insurances in compliance. Insurance certificates are provided upon request.
We do provide free estimates if the client already know what they want. If we have to provide any type of consultation or provide any type of in-depth design ideas, we will charge an hourly rate of $120 an hour.
As of right now, we do not do any type of pool installation or repairs. We have trusted and professional sub-contractors that we recommend for those types of services.
Yes, we do provide professional landscape maintenance services to ensure you property looks great all year-round. However, we ARE NOT your typical mow-n-blow guys.
No, we do not provide bi-weekly maintenance services. We only provide services on a weekly basis. Our crews are scheduled to be at your property at the same time, and same day of the week every service day.
It really depends on the current season in which we install you lawn but it’s typically as follows:
First week, every day, 3-4 times a day.
Second week, every day, 2 times a day.
Third week, every day, 1 time a day.
Fourth week, normal schedule depending on season.
Yes, we do offer warranties on some items depending on the project, project size, and project scope.
Pressure regulation is super important for the longevity of your system and the efficient function of your equipment. Not to mention, due to California’s new Resolution 19-0814-7, all irrigation systems are required to use only pressure-regulated sprinklers effective as of October 1st, 2020. It’s the law.
You can typically start to mow your lawn after about three weeks from installation or once the lines on your lawn disappear.
Right of the bat, we are NOT your typical mow-n-blow guys. All of our landscape maintenance services include the typical mow, edge, trim, blow, etc. but we also include weed control, selective pruning, fertilization, re-seeding, and irrigation system monitor and control. Aside from that, we provide complete landscape maintenance services such as some pest control, aeration, and dethatching, etc., at additional costs.
