This group services the Land Development and Buildings teams but also Infrastructure and Power sectors and support projects that increase the sustainability and resiliency of our communities and the environment using a wholistic approach to design that considers the needs of people, flora, and fauna.

Description: Grow Control Landscape is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a vacant Planner position in the Office of Planning and Economic Development. In addition to its physical planning role, the Office is responsible for guiding community development within the Grow Control Landscape. The Planner will assist in many aspects of our planning office including: coordination of board reviews (site plan, subdivision, special permit & certificate of appropriateness), preparation of environmental review documentation, providing technical assistance to the development review process, reviewing zoning and other land-use ordinances, grant writing, administration & reporting, and implementation of community development programs.
